Katia Mahiddine is a Senior Talent Management Strategist with over fifteen years of experience in building and implementing comprehensive talent strategies across diverse industries and multinational corporations.

Katia’s solution-oriented mindset and well-rounded knowledge of the talent cycle enables her to partner with organizations to assess their current recruitment processes, identify areas for development, build a roadmap to execute on needed improvements, and monitor the execution of those improvements for successful and smooth transitions. 

Whether it is eliminating bottlenecks, establishing more consistent processes to evaluate candidates, evaluating and implementing talent acquisition systems, ensuring the hiring process is more transparent for candidates, integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in employer branding and outreaching efforts, or aligning talent acquisition efforts to the critical skills needed to achieve organizational priorities---organizations generate positive tangible results.

Katia is passionate about helping organizations transform their talent acquisition efforts. She is known for her innovative approach because the changes result in increased productivity, cost-savings, more engaged hiring managers, a broader slate of candidates to infuse greater innovation, and better experience for candidates overall. The end result is that organizations are in a better position to bring in talent with the necessary skills to drive results.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching her 6-year-old boy French, watching movies, traveling whenever possible, and learning historic facts about different places and people in the world.
